Flapper Agency Plumage Headband!

Flapper Style Feather Headband!

I used but a few things for this adorable headband!
You volition need:
16-18" fold over elastic
Fancy Nagorie plumed feather
plastic netting (from an quondam marble or fruit bag)
plastic rhinestone button

I measured my caput amongst the elastic too and hence cutting it ane inch shorter...this
way it stretches but plenty to drib dead on it on but non to crush out your brains.
Use a lighter to melt both ends to preclude fraying.

Hot gum them to the dorsum of the plumage pad...and hot gum a felt circle over the run past times of them.

I used pliers to pinch off the dorsum of the button...

And seat a point of hot gum on the feather...then ready the internet on run past times too pressed the precious rock on the glue.
