Ninja Headbands!

It's absolutely low-budget friendly too!
We've all seen parties where each nestling gets a Karate uniform to cause got home, but they are $30 each.
Our tactic was to cause got the kids come upwards wearing dark "ninja" clothes...
Then decorate a headband!
