Captain America Patriotic Necktie Dye Shirt!

 a white 100% cotton fiber t-shirt
Blue together with Red One Step Dyes
Zip ties or security bands
Freezer paper
White pigment

 For Captain America...we bespeak a centre of blue
Then a band of red, together with therefore white, red, white together with red.
