This is the perfect terminal infinitesimal patriotic outfit!
Fabric pigment was provided to my past times Plaid Crafts.

Great for the 4th of July, but whatever other fourth dimension of twelvemonth too!

You volition need:

Leggings

White cloth paint

Magic compressed sponge

Scissors

Cardboard or foam board 

Razor knife

  Lay the leggings on the foam board.

Use a pencil to score your line, hence cutting two pieces to check within the pants amongst the razor.
