Balloon Buddy Pump!

I threw a Lego Party together with used brilliant colored balloons every bit a fabulous backdrop.  I abhor blowing upward balloons--I larn all calorie-free headed together with actually winded.  So usually, I don't piece of employment balloons for events.

Tie it off, necktie it to some twine together with hang it on the wall!  Instant backdrop inwards nether v minutes!
