 watercolor paper

watercolors

water

paintbrush

brush pen

painters tape

Use your painters record (I instruct mine at the dollar store...it's potent plenty for this project)
too record your newspaper to your working surface.
Use the broad brush to pigment H2O on the paper.

Then add together color yesteryear dabbing, splattering too touching.
Don't over exercise it...just allow the pigment swirl too mix alongside the other colors.

Then allow it dry out completely.
The record volition give-up the ghost along your newspaper flat.

Then peel off the record carefully.
Now you lot tin forcefulness out write straight on the newspaper alongside the brush pen.
Do broad downwardly strokes too sparse upstroke lines...using basic cursive.

 Let the lines survive wobbly.
Let the angle of the words change.
Let it survive fluid.

 Then I used a Stardust gelly scroll pen to add together approximately shimmer to the downstrokes.

 Then frame it too display it!
