This necklace is together with then much fun.  The shine chains are fun to play with!

 I got everything from Oriental Trading. 
They sent me supplies inwards central for this fun tutorial!

You volition need:
Scarf End Cap
Chain
E6000 Glue
Jumpring
Pliers
Wire

Take three feet of chain.
Wrap it around your hand.

Carefully withdraw it together with slide a slice of wire through the center.

Twist it upwards on plough over off to concur it all inwards place.

Next role E6000 gum together with piping it inwards the scarf cap.

Shove the wire twisted plough over off inside.
Use the pliers to assistance yous shove equally much inwards the cap equally possible.

Then don't behave upon it for overnight!
Seriously, allow it dry out completely.

Then clip the looped ends of chain.
Add a chain together with presto!  Done together with fabulous!
