1920's Flapper Costume!

I scored this clothing at Goodwill!
I saw all those layers of fringe as well as only KNEW it would produce the perfect flapper dress!
The best work was that my adorable sis inwards police pull was invited to
 a 1920's party...and she needed a quick costume!
All I had to produce was cutting out the shoulder pads--I beloved that it had a lace top!
