Recipe:
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 egg
1 Cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 pinch Salt
Mix together...push into nine x xiii pan.
Sprinkle as well as press 1 Cup of Butterscotch chips into the top.
(could sub chocolate, peanut butter or other "chips")

Spread as well as force the dough to encompass the within of the baking dish evenly.
Then sprinkle amongst 1 loving cup of chips.
Press them inwards the dough slightly.
