wreath form
burlap
pipage cleaners or wire
hot glue/gun

  I used this used/reused wreath form.

 I cutting strips of burlap...about 8 to ten inches wide.

 Gather upward 1 side of it in addition to develop it on the wreath form...

 While belongings it gathered, roll a pipage cleaner around it in addition to twist it tight.

 Now plication the burlap dorsum over the piece of job yesteryear of the pipage cleaner...

 Gather 1 time again in addition to twist it off amongst a pipage cleaner.

 Then repeat all around the wreath.
The loops are thus total in addition to big, that the pipage cleaners don't fifty-fifty show!

 After filling the entire wreath (sorry, no picture)
I decided a bow would locomote nice.
So I folded some burlap in addition to hot glued it together.

 And thus hot glued it correct onto the bottom...covering a pipage cleaner.

Now for the flag.
I had this onetime in addition to tattered edged flag...it was on a stick.
I constitute a slice of sparse press board that I cutting downwards to the correct size.

 I ironed the flag.

 Used some spray adhesive in addition to sprayed the board

 Pressed the flag on it...

Then ran some hot gum along the backside of the flag...

 And folded the edges upward on the board to preclude fraying
in addition to it gives it a finished border look!

 So the dorsum doesn't await that great...but whatever.

The piece of job yesteryear looks fabulous!

 I but added a loop of twill record on the dorsum in addition to hooked it to the
wreath hanger in addition to arranging it on the burlap wreath.

 But I tried it on this bowtie wreath I made here...
