Lord of the Rings Lembas Bread!

The bread was really nutritious, stayed fresh for months when wrapped in 

mallorn leaves, too was used for sustenance on long journeys.

Said to fill upward a man's tum amongst simply i bite!

Okay, This is basically survival bread.

You need:
two cups Flour
1 loving cup Water
1 tsp salt

pour into a mixing bowl

 add the water...

 knead until smooth

 roll out into sparse pancakes.

 Pan tiddler them or bake them inwards the oven.
