 Drilling holes inwards woods is an slow agency to stand upward for lollipops
 or cake pops...or other things on sticks!
Here's a uncomplicated 1 that looks similar a peacock...great for Spring!
I traced an outline on 3/4 inch pino boards.
And used a bandsaw to cutting it out.

 Spray painted it aqua too misted on unopen to teal...
too got lots of aluminum wire from the dollar section.

 Cut unopen to brusque pieces for the caput feathers.

 Used a thumbnail tack to brand holes inwards the top...

 And squish inwards the wires too gyre the ends.

 Then added unopen to big tail feathers...

 Held inwards identify amongst thumbtacks too hot glue.

 Other loops too swirls amongst hot glue.

 Then hot gum the torso to the tail.

 Drill holes all along the edge...wherever you lot desire a stick.

 Presto!  Great agency to serve things at parties!
