So, if you lot haven't already made yourself a cape,

We used three yards of hot pinkish fabric

ii yards of imperial ric rac
Silver cloak clasp

The stuff I used was real stretchy...which made sewing it a petty difficult,

Just cutting a slice long plenty for the collar...and doubled.

Flip it correct side out in addition to thread the webbing within the casing.

Now I pinned the long draped gathered cape...
to the brusque pom pom trimmed capelet...
to the collar!
In the process, I broke the needle of the automobile in addition to got flustered and
