I got these Union Jack blueprint polymer clay canes from Wholeport
They transportation me products I desire to weblog about!
And these are correct downward the Doctor Who alley for me!
They are soft clay...but convey been baked, then they can't live stretched or molded.

 But they spell easily amongst an x-acto knife.

 Then I simply used clear blast polish...you could piece of job blast glue.

 added a point of it...

 Stuck on a sparse layer of the Union Jack...

 And clear coated the whole nail...

 Repeat in addition to permit dry!

Taking it out for a spin!
