Cut a tardis out of flocked white vinyl.  I dear my silhouette cameo, btw!

 Iron it on.

 Cut out the words, inwards REVERSE on the cameo every bit well.
That means in 1 lawsuit it's cutting out, too placed...it's reading the correct direction.
This fourth dimension inwards flocked dark rut transfer vinyl.
