Homemade cream puffs or eclairs are the BEST!
And they are pretty uncomplicated to make...
(Makes close 30-35)
You'll only need:
1 loving cup of Flour
1/2 loving cup Butter
1 Cup Water
1/8 tsp salt
four eggs
Bring the H2O to a boil, hence add together butter, flour together with salt.
Then set the dough inwards your mixer together with allow it cool for two minutes.
Then y'all add together inwards the eggs ane at a time, beating later each egg.
The dough volition larn softer together with runnier...
Until it becomes rattling sticky!
You don't quest a pastry/piping/icing pocketbook amongst large tip...
but it makes for a prettier puff!
