Dip Dyed Ombre Petal Dress!

 her since she was belike 4.

The Flower Fairy Dress!

This picture, drawn past times my daughter, was the vision.

I was given most 10 yards of this glorious white shiny material.  

Maybe some variety of satin/nylon...?

Anyway, it was costless as well as thus totally inwards my toll range!
