If I was going to practice a cosplay, it would live of this outfit of Clara's!  Love it!

 I did some lace collars a piece back...and they are uncomplicated too darling too!

Here's the basic designing I drew out on paper...it fits an 8 past times 10 sheet...

Then add together a fun vintage button...

Sew on some elastic cord...

And it'll claw on similar a necklace!

Perfect!  Great for dressing upwards whatever shirt or dress!
