April Fool's Hateful Solar Daytime Cupcakes!

Apr Fool's Day Lunch or Dinner!
My miss was born on Apr 1st, in addition to hence nosotros accept our
pranks seriously inward this house!
The cupcakes are genuinely Meatloaf!
Even though it seemed fairly obvious to me, I only told the
family to come upward for cupcakes...and NO questions were asked.
It played off perfectly, in addition to everyone was tricked!
Here's how to produce it!
Our meatloaf recipe, nosotros dearest it!
Mix:
1.5-2 lbs extra thin dry soil beef
2/3 loving cup oats
1 loving cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chicken seasoning
two eggs
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped onion
1 stick sliced light-green onion
stir together...hope this moving painting doesn't gross y'all out! :)
I filled evidently white cupcake liners alongside meatloaf.
The meat is non similar cake...it's non going to ascension at all, inward fact,
it sinks inward a little...so fill upward it up!
Bake for 45 minutes at 350*
Let them cool slightly.
In the meantime mix upward about mashed potatoes.
I used existent potatoes, peeled them, boiled them in addition to mixed them up...
y'all tin purpose instant too!
Just add together a pair drops of pinkish nutrient coloring.
I purpose that neon pink, it's the perfect frosting color!
For serving, I position the entire meatloaf cake into a novel cupcake liner...
This was a huge hitting at my house!

it helps for presentation! You could position little
decorations on it or whatever!

It fifty-fifty surprised my husband, who was expecting a fluffy sherbet
frosting in addition to chocolate cupcakes!
