Recipe for pie crust:
ii cups flour
3/4 loving cup shortening or butter
i tsp salt
1/2 loving cup mutual coldness water
Cut ingredients together amongst pastry blender or fork.
Do non over handgrip or mix inwards a mixer.
Do non blend to a greater extent than than necessary...just plenty to comprise the ingredients.
Split dough inwards half
(you tin brand ii pie shells or i covered pie amongst this recipe)

Roll out on lightly floured surface


Fold it over again

Carefully elevator the folded crust into your pie pan


Gently unfold



press holes together in addition to gently press into pan


Make a pretty scallop border past times asset ii fingers inwards the crust

between your fingers inwards toward the center.
Perfect in addition to ruffled!

To bake an unfilled pie crust
bake at 350* for thirty minutes.
