I {heart} roasted pumpkin seeds!
They are a hassle to operate out of the slimy insides
of the pumpkin, simply super worth it!
{I pose mine inwards a colander...and a larger bowl.
Fill amongst warm water. And the seeds volition float to the top.
Still takes some fourth dimension to take away whatsoever connected strings...}
Rinse the seeds. Pat dry out amongst towel.
I conduct maintain virtually 2-3 soccer ball sized pumpkins.
I pose 1-2 tbsp canola stone oil on my cookie sheet.
pour on the seeds, stir or too then to coat them.
Sprinkle amongst tabular array salt too garlic salt.
Bake inwards oven 350*
stir every x minutes for virtually xl minutes
until golden brown.
