Edit
Here's an activity that's fun for kids of all ages!
Faux Fossils!
Perfect for a piddling scientific discipline lesson!
First nosotros bought a bucket of Air Dry clay.
It's shine as well as slow to operate with.
It's form of tan/gray when it's wet...but dries white!
Give each shaver a ball nigh the size of a golf game ball
They tin gyre it out smooth...
And as well as then press it flat...about 1/2 inch thick.
Then accept piddling things similar seashells, rocks, leaves or fifty-fifty a trilobite
and gently press them into the clay...
leaving behind subtle fossil-like imprints!
We used a straw to poke a hole inward them...and
laid upward them inward the Sun to dry.
They could live on painted...
And worn similar a necklace...or hung on the Christmas tree!
Fingerprints are adorable too!
Linking upward to THESE parties this week!
