 I got a existent plume duster at a yard sale for 10 cents.
Feathers are amazing as well as rest build clean because of the
 special crude from the bird...so it was rattling clean.
I vacuumed it as well as wiped it amongst a damp textile anyway.
Then I carefully clipped feathers off as well as matched them upwards amongst similar feathers.

But yous tin purchase pheasant feathers at arts and crafts stores or online.
These would hold out GORGEOUS amongst about Peacock feathers!

Using a Crimp Clasp

I develop the feathers within it as well as folded the 

sides over amongst jewelry pliers as well as crimped them downwards tight...

 Then claw it on a restrict shout as well as an earring hook.

Same for the other side!

Presto!  Perfect as well as fun!
