Hi To Lo Diy Skirt Upcycle!

Okay, here's a super quick upcycle I did.
The {subtle} Hi to Lo Skirt.

I got this skirt at Goodwill.
Gorgeous. Full Circle. Black together with kind of tribal.
Sequined together with sparkly, $5...and...

A actually awkward shin length.
I am short...so shin length is non great.
(and let's live honest...itty bitty waist!)

I idea I could merely cutting it shorter together with instruct inwards cute...like these ones.
But I decided endeavor a how-do-you-do to depression skirt variety.

Because it's such a broad circle skirt, the how-do-you-do to lo is really subtle...but it's pretty!
