Upcycled Embroidery Hoop Together With Clothespin Photograph Wreath!

I made this photograph wreath out of materials I already had!

Clothespins covered inward scrapbook newspaper as well as washi tape!

 A giant embroidery hoop...painted blue!

 Then I only hot glued them only about the wreath, 

alternating sides that are facing out...

 

Awesome.  I'd create it over again if I could.
