A Chocolate Form Of Day!

Some days simply beg for chocolate!
Today was 1 of those days!

The kids too I made two slowly treats!

First: Cookie Brownie stacks

Start amongst cookie dough too spread inward bottom of baking dish...

Okay, too thus I forgot almost the camera...

Mix upwardly a brownie mix according to bundle instrucions
(ours was Ghirardelli double chocolate)
too simply pour it over the pinnacle of the cookie dough!
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes...
Cut into 24 pieces too serve into cupcake liners!

Easy too yummy!

Next nosotros made Peanut Butter Rice Crispy bon-bons!
Got the recipe concluding Easter from my s-i-l :)
(again, photographic tv set camera was MIA!)

So ingredients are:
1 loving cup corn syrup
1 loving cup peanut butter
1 loving cup granulated sugar

mix inward saucepan on low/med oestrus too
stir frequently, because this tin give the sack fast.
I brought mine to a lite bubble and
kept stirring for almost two minutes...

Then added 1 tsp of vanilla
too poured the liquid onto five cups of rice crispies!

Then amongst about mutual depression temperature H2O for the hands,
I rolled out the dough into pocket-size balls.
